We work with leading names in fashion, F&B, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors across Qatar—delivering strategies that inspire, engage, and drive measurable results.We are expanding our team and seeking a Social Media Specialist who can bring creativity, strategy, and attention to detail to manage and grow client accounts.⸻Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies that align with each client's goals.Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In, etc.).Create and manage ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and other digital platforms.Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure content quality and consistency.Manage community interactions, including responding to comments and messages.Track performance analytics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.Support client communication and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.⸻Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2–4 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.Strong understanding of social media trends, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage).Strong sense of visual design, storytelling, and brand tone.Must be based in Qatar and available for full-time work.
