Purchase Officer

We're Hiring – Purchase Officer for Denim Garment Division.

Location: SITE Area, Karachi

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in SAP data management? Join our Purchase team to support procurement operations and ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance for the denim division.

What You'll Do:

· Enter and update purchase requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders in SAP B1.

· Maintain accurate vendor, item, and pricing data in the system.

· Coordinate with the Purchase Officer and Store team for approvals and order status.

· Assist in collecting quotations and preparing comparison sheets.

· Track and update delivery schedules and pending order reports.

· Prepare and share daily and weekly purchase summaries.

· Support documentation and filing for internal and audit requirements.

What We're Looking For:

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, or supply chain (textile/garment background preferred).

· Hands-on experience with SAP Business One and MS Excel.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up skills.

· Good communication and coordination ability.
