Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor BS-TECH/DAE MECHANICAL

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor (MECHANICAL) to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold a BS Tech or DAE in Mechanical Engineering, with 3–4 years of relevant experience in industrial and building projects.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in MEP design firms.

Key Requirements:

BS Tech or DAE in Mechanical Engineering

3–4 years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying for industrial and building projects

Strong understanding of Mechanical systems and construction methodologies

Previous experience with MEP design firms will be an added advantage

Proficiency in cost estimation, BOQs, tendering, and project documentation

This is a Lahore-based position offering a competitive salary package along with overtime benefits and performance-based bonuses.
