Python Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Developer - AI Support

located in Lahore. The Python Developer will work closely with our AI Engineer to build and maintain data collection pipelines, implement web scraping solutions, and support machine learning model deployment. Day-to-day tasks will include developing robust scraping scripts, data preprocessing, API integrations, and collaborating with the AI team to ensure seamless data flow for ML models.

Must Have:

Strong proficiency in Python programming (3+ years preferred)

Hands-on experience with web scraping frameworks (Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, Selenium)

Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes

Familiarity with REST APIs and data parsing (JSON, XML, CSV)

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and DOM structure for web scraping

Experience with data storage solutions (My SQL, Postgre SQL, or similar)

Knowledge of anti-scraping techniques and proxy management is a plus

Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and model deployment

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively

Experience with version control systems (Git)

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)

Familiarity with data visualization tools

Knowledge of competitive intelligence and market research methodologies

Understanding of NLP preprocessing techniques
