Ruby on Rails Developer

We're Hiring: Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer (3–4 Years Experience)

Devsorb is looking for a talented Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing engineering team. If you're passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and enjoy working across both backend and frontend technologies — this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails (7/8)

• Build and optimize REST APIs and Graph QL endpoints

• Work with background jobs using Sidekiq + Redis

• Contribute to architectural decisions (monolith + microservices)

• Integrate and maintain Ruby gems

• Implement clean architecture patterns (services, decorators, presenters)

• Utilize Hotwire/Turbo/Stimulus for modern Rails interactivity

• Work with frontend tools — ideally React + Redux

• Participate in code reviews and performance optimization

• Collaborate closely with designers, PMs, and QA

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails

• Strong knowledge of Rails 7/8, Hotwire, Turbo, Stimulus JS

• Experience with REST APIs & Graph QL

• Hands-on with Sidekiq, Redis, and background job processing

• Familiarity with monolith + microservices architecture

• Solid grasp of frontend development (React/Redux preferred)

• Strong OOP, clean code, and design principles

• Experience with Git, CI/CD is a plus

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Knowledge of Docker

• Exposure to performance optimization + scalability

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins)
