Job details
- Responsible in performing of inspections and quality controlling with production factories / region assigned my management. Work closely with vendors and merchandisers to achieve "On-Time Delivery" very "Acceptable Quality Standard" set by ;
- Ensuring professional practices when conducting of garment inspections. Coordinating with vendors on inspection schedule planning in covering at least 1 in-line 1 final inspection for every order ;
- Ensure QC file with updated order info, fitting comments and approved Pre-production Sample with necessary preparation before conducting of final inspection. All inspection reports must be proper recorded, maintained and acknowledge by ;
- Feedback on inspections result promptly and co-ordinate with merchandising team in releasing of Shipment ;
- Ensure updated production status for weekly meeting with merchandising team/ QC manager to review progress. Highlight production issues with suggested solution for team ;
- Productions issues and quality sub-standards detected during inspection should be resolve with vendors with proper records, contract superior should issues being too complicated or beyond your authority to make ;
- Ensure vendors and production factories visited were in compliance to "Company Product and Trading Policies". Contributing ideals on "Product Initiatives" to enhance the quality standard of our ;
- Participating of merchandising related event like Product Presentation, trade show and Fashion Shows, Photo shooting and related A&P ;
- Work closely and always maintain good communication with merchandisers, designers, buyers and vendors.
