Job details
 Support Senior travel consultant
 Receive initial draft from Travel Consultants and prepare price quote for the itinerary.
 Maintain CRM data for all clients assigned
 Research in-depth experiences for clients, reading backgrounds of locations, possible activities, special events and general opportunities available during their travels  Book flights, accommodation, car hire, guides, translator, activities, etc.
 Prepare and deliver all final documents for clients to Travel Consultants in addition to necessary legal work (visa applications, etc.)
 Negotiating agreements with Air, Hotel and Car suppliers
 Prepare weekly update report
 Maintaining the supplier relationship throughout the contract
 Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to develop focus markets
 Attend exhibitions, go to destinations to do onsite visits
 Support finance in tracking of income

 Provide the customer with an experience that will always be remembered and with the highest level of responsiveness.
 Must possess multi-tasking skills with constant interruptions.
 Coordinating social activities, diary management, restaurant bookings, theatre, organising events, personal shopping, booking appointments, floral orders, purchasing gifts, premium tickets, dry cleaning and other forms of errands and entertainments when ;
