Swift personnel are currently recruiting HGV 1 drivers for our client based in and around the walsall area to join their friendly team!

This client is a private business and as one of their drivers you will be expected to drive safely and efficiently whilst keeping the high standards that the company have placed. The business is constantly growing and getting busier. The job is general haulage and we’re looking for a reliable and trust worthy HGV 1 driver! The start times are between 06:00- 08:00.  The run will consist of one delivery and a possible collection on the way back.

Pay rates- £10.48- £15.48 (WEEK IN HAND)

This is a temp to perm position.

We welcome all HGV 1 drivers to apply!

The ideal candidate will have the following…

Hgv class 1/ category C+E license

Valid CPC and DIGI cards

No more than six penalty points

2 or more years experience desired but candidates with less experience will also be considered

Flexibility

Good literacy and numeracy skills

Knowledge of health and safety regulations
