Seeking for an experience Facilities Manager basically in Construction Field who will be responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise the FM services at all times
* Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
* Manage and lead the in house team for the different properties
* Coordinate and follow up with the facilities owner for complex maintenance issues and ensure that all required works are completed on time, within budget and as required
* Ensure that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well maintained
* Manage budgets and ensure cost effectiveness
* Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
