Employ Recruitment are seeking an experienced and hardworking HGV Class 1 Driver to work for client: Moy Park, Ashbourne.

Job Summary:

·         This position is working for the one of the largest poultry producers in Europe as a Lairage Shunter.

·         The Lairage shunter`s primary role and responsibility is the safe movement of trailers in and around the Lairage, which includes the intake VDL bay, outtake bay, the trailer wash bay as well as the movement of offal trailers into and out of Category 1/ cat 2 and cat 3 loading bays. The Lairage shunter also assists Live Collection drivers in de rigging arrival trailers for the VDL as well as rigging a clean, sanitised trailer in the outtake bay.

·         Monday – Friday 20:30 start – average  10 hour shift.  

Start Date: Immediate starts for the right candidates.

Job Location: Ashborune, Derbyshire – easily accessible from Stoke, Staffordshire, Derby and Burton.

Salary:

LTD Contractor Rates:

·         Weekday - AM: £12.30 / PM: £14.30

·         Saturday – AM: £14.50 / PM: £16.50

·         Sunday – AM: £16.50 / PM: £18.50

**Guaranteed: 8 hours per shift**

Insurance requirements: You must have held your HGV class 1 UK licence for at least 6 months, driven on it for at least 60 days within the last 6 months and have less than 6 points for non-major endorsements.
