The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy to clients using behavior analysis techniques, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and tracking client progress. The therapist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and the client's family to ensure the best possible outcomes. The role requires direct interaction with clients, especially children, and may involve conducting sessions in various settings such as clinics, schools, and homes.Qualifications Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills Strong Interpersonal Skills Background in Psychology Experience with Working With Children Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Relevant certifications or licensures in behavioral therapy or related fields
