The role is responsible for leading recruitment and onboarding, enabling performance and professional development, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with UAE and DGHR law. Working closely with school leaders, this position will implement HR policies and strategies while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive employee experience that supports our business objectives.The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in establishing RLS as a 'Global Leader in Education,' delivering an engaging, modified UK National Curriculum in a dynamic and research-driven environment.
