Retail Pharmacy Area Sales Manager

We are hiring an experienced Retail Pharmacy Area Sales Manager (Cluster / Area Supervisor – UAE) to manage and drive sales performance across multiple branches. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a cluster, area supervisor, or area management role within the UAE retail or pharmacy sector.Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a group of retail pharmacy branches .Monitor, analyze, and drive overall sales performance to achieve and exceed targets.Conduct regular staff sales performance reviews to identify strengths, gaps, and training needs.Track and review category performance (e.g., medicine, vitamins, cosmetics, nutrition) to drive growth in underperforming areas.Conduct branch performance reviews covering sales, operations, compliance, and customer service standards.Carry out branch visits to ensure operational excellence and visual merchandising standards.Train, coach, and support branch teams to enhance productivity, product knowledge, and service quality.Coordinate with procurement, marketing, and promotions teams to optimize product visibility and sales performance.Analyze sales reports and market trends to guide business decisions and identify new growth opportunities.Ensure all branches operate in compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cluster Manager / Area Supervisor / Area Sales Manager in the UAE retail or pharmacy sector.Strong track record in sales management, people leadership, and multi-branch operations.Proven ability to review staff sales, category growth, and overall branch performance.Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s): Which UAE pharmacist license do you hold?How many branches have you directly supervised or managed at one time in your previous role?Experience: Area Sales Supervisor/Manager in Retail Pharmacies: 5 years (Preferred)License/Certification: UAE Driving License (Preferred)
