Description
Heidelberg Materials Trading is the international trading arm of the Heidelberg Materials Group, handling overseas dry-bulk products exports and imports. For our Dubai office, we are looking for dynamic talents to join our team as;International Controlling & Accounts Payable Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities: Accompany statutory, IFRS, and Group audits.Provide support for finance-related projects and initiatives.Assist in working capital management.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Group requirements.Support timely and accurate financial closings.Provide assistance to the Senior Manager and the CFO on ad hoc requests.Conduct general business controlling and financial analysis.Perform monthly Incoterms control.Support managing the Accounts Payable (AP) cycle.Oversee shipments gross margin (GM) controlling responsibilities.Ensure robust payment controls.Support hedge accounting reporting and operational follow-up.Manage inventory, stock, and sales model responsibilities.Monitor monthly management provisions.Follow up on business activities and workflows through daily communication.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.Master's degree in finance or economics, will be a plus.10+ years in finance or accounting.CPA or ACCA strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and maritime regulations.Proficiency in ERP systems.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment.Strong customer focus (internal and external).We thank all applicants for their interest, but only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.All applications will be kept strictly confidential.
