We prioritize efficient communication and are committed to providing exceptional recruitment services for both permanent hires and on-demand consultants.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a KG Teacher and KG Head, located in Dubai and other Emirates.The KG Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing the kindergarten curriculum, teaching and supporting young learners, and ensuring effective communication with students, parents, and staff. Daily tasks include lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, and participation in school meetings and events. The teacher will also foster a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for all students.The KG Head will lead and manage the kindergarten department, oversee curriculum implementation, support and mentor teaching staff, and ensure the highest standards of early childhood education. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills to drive academic excellence and create a nurturing learning environment.Qualifications Teaching and Foundation Phase Education skills Experience in Curriculum Development and Education Strong Communication skills Ability to create a positive learning environment Bachelor's degree in Foundation Phase or PGCERelevant teaching certifications Experience in an international school setting is a plus Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
