Marble Production Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the cutting and fabrication process of marble. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production flow, maintain quality standards, and coordinate schedules to meet client deadlines.Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the cutting and fabrication processes of marble projects.Prepare detailed cutting lists and accurate shop drawings using Auto CAD.Develop and maintain weekly production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.Conduct quality checks on dry-lay and cut pieces prior to delivery to clients.Advise clients on production techniques and material handling best practices.Collaborate with project teams to estimate production timelines and optimize workflow.Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience in production management, with at least 5 years in the marble or stone industry.Proficient in Auto CAD for preparing shop drawings and cutting lists.Strong experience in preparing production schedules and estimating timelines.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout production.Location: Jebel Ali Timings: 8: 30am to 5: 30pm from Monday to Saturday Visa: Provided Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
