About the Role Lamasat Nada Ladies Beauty Centre in Sharjah is seeking an experienced and motivated Beauty Center Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty salon or spa management, staff supervision, and customer service. This role requires leadership, organization, and a passion for delivering high-quality beauty and wellness experiences.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the beauty centre to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service delivery.Supervise and support beauty staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.Ensure all services comply with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.Track sales, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting and financial planning.Promote teamwork, motivation, and a positive work environment.Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a beauty salon, spa, or wellness center manager.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proven ability to manage teams and meet business targets.Customer service–oriented with problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of beauty, spa, and wellness services and trends.Proficiency in salon management software and Microsoft Office.Professional appearance and attitude.Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives and commissions Residence visa provided Health insurance provided Paid annual leave Professional training and career growth opportunities Employee discounts on salon and spa services Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED7, AED9,000.00 per month
