Teaching Assistant

First Path Montessori Nursery is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to support our teachers and children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a desire to help children grow and thrive in a Montessori and/or EYFS environment.Responsibilities: Assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.Support the children in their daily routines, helping with activities, snack time, and outdoor play.Help create a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment.Assist in monitoring children's progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Cache level 2.Experience working with children aged 1-6 years, preferably in a Montessori setting.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A genuine passion for working with young children.Job Type: Full-time
