JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitors and supervises all sites' infrastructure works: earthworks, roads, highways, water and sewage systems, airports, transportation facilities, etc.
Ensures projects' timetable are met and delivered on time
Reviews construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings and ensures that these drawings are according to municipality and other authorities' standards
Controls work set ups and phases to execute the projects with minimum running cost and maximum quality
Monitors project-related QC plans
Supervises and monitors manpower
Attends meetings ( progress meetings, QA/QC meetings, etc.)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Must have minimum 8 years of experience as Projects Manager for infrastructure works in the UAE
Must have had handled projects with more than AED 50,000, project value in the UAE
Open to all Arabic nationalities only
Must be a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
Must possess a UAE driving license
