The administrator performs administrative and support duties including setting up classes to always meeting standard while revealing the company's image to candidates and customers at all time.

Main Accountabilities:

1- Prepare classes ahead of each lecture including checking classroom material along with hardware and equipments.

2- Check the material order upon receiving it, notify the Program Specialist and enter its details on MRM; deliver material to candidates based on the Program Specialist's request.

3- Ensure all brochures and forms are available in the reception area and in the Program Specialist's office.

4- Report on a day to day basis to the PS the flow of lectures, attendance sheets, complaints and the overall feedback of candidates and instructors.

5- Ensure that all Morgan's policies, regulations, announcements and memos are delivered to students and are being well implemented.

6- Support the Program Specialist with daily administrative tasks by filing and photocopying all necessary documents.

7- Put suppliers' orders and manage delivery.

8- Manage office maintenance and repair.

9- Keep the disbursement journal up to date by registering all related entries and submitting it to the finance department on a monthly basis after getting the BM approval.

10- Ensure offices and classrooms are always clean.

11- Handle the office mail, the post office, the courier; Check the post office at least twice a week.

12- Contact and remind students about their payments based on reports prepared by the PS on a monthly basis.

13- Fill out various request forms and submit it to the Business Manager for approval.

14- Answer phone calls, screen it and transfer it to the adequate persons.

15- Receive and manage inquiries during the evening by answering basic questions and communicating the inquiries with the PS on the next day.

16- Assist the program specialist in entering data related to students attendance, instructors, etc…

17- Deposit checks and other types of payments at the banks.

18- Assist in the preparation and implementation of marketing plans such as job fairs, seminars etc…
