- Achieve monthly objectives in effective outbound calling while delivering excellent service.
- Setting appointments for agents and potential buyers.
- Manage working relationship with team and clients.
Job Requirements
:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience is preferred
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is added advantage
- Training will be provided
- Highly driven and positively motivated
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in MS Word and Excel is preferred
- Certificate of diploma or above is preferred
