The person will be responsible in transcribing speech to text in English accordance to policies and guidelines set by the client. The objective for the Transaction Processing New Associate is to fulfill the base productivity and quality requirements of the client.

Working Conditions

• Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement

• Cyclical work shift including work hours at night and working on weekend

• Overtime may be required.

• May review objectionable contents in a form of audio or videos which are related to Transcriptions. And visual content which includes ( Harmful Content/Sexual Content/Harassment Content/Hate Content/Violence Content etc)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Transcribe speech to text in English following the guidelines and policies set by the client within required turnaround time.

• Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions

• Interface effectively with other internal and Client teams

Key Qualifications/ Skills

• Strong read and write skills in English is a must

• Above-average typing skills is a must

• Graduate with minimum 1 year of working experience (preferably in a multinational environment)

• Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment

• Detail orientation and client focus
