Job Description:
Prepare weekly reports for client presentation and head office submission.
Prepare baseline schedule and s-curve.
Prepare extension of time (EOT) and coordinate with office supervisor/manager for corresponding change order.
Provides short term milestone to department heads on job site & Sub-contractors
Monitors day to day activities and work completion
Prepares attachment for monthly progress billing.
Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate superior
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience in the same function
Must be adept with Prima Vera (P6) or MS Project
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
