Responsibilities
We are seeking a performance-driven Country Lead for the Offline Matchmaking unit of Paktor in Singapore. This position will help with the expansion of our offline businesses.
Develop and executing our business expansion plans
Overseeing and managing all aspects of sales and operations to ensure growth and increased profitability.
Ensure the offline team to achieve their KPIs
Overall business and performance success through building, mentoring, motivating, coaching, engaging and developing the team.
Collaborate with existing business development associates and managers to leverage synergies between business lines and departments
Look for new revenue opportunities to grow the business
Requirements
You are someone meticulous and efficient. You are also someone who constantly strives to achieve your goals and highly proactive in getting tasks done.
At least 3-5 years in business development including strategy, operations, sales and marketing
Outstanding written and oral English communication skills
A proven track record of project management
Competent with Google and Microsoft office tools
Highly analytical with the ability to read data and make recommendations for future enhancements to our business processes
High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands, meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
Available to start work immediately a plus
