Duties

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth 
  
• Planning and managing marketing campaigns and evaluating their success 
  
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers 
  
• Contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan 
  
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies 
  
• Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities 
  
• Monitor marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed 
  
• Write, edit and proofread marketing material for use in different channels 
  
• Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion 
  
• Social Media management 
  
• Maintain working knowledge of best practices in marketing 
  

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience and keen interest in digital marketing 
  
• Experience in Social Media Management 
  
• BSc/BA in graphic design, marketing, business administration or relevant field 
  
• Creative thinking skills 
  
• Knowledge of graphic design softwares and tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
