Production Scheduling
Fabrics Procurement Planning, Price Fixation & Mobilization
Garment accessories arrangement (Reflective Tape, thread, logos etc) for production.
Garments Production planning (for stock back to back orders or direct supplies) and its management.
Invoice and packing list for fabric mobilization from fabric supplier
Fabric & accessories management & Control Docs management.
Invoice and packing list to be send to Production for the fabric which is under transit.
Purchase of Fabric, samples assortment and management of fabric samples inventory in Abu Dhabi for all FR-Garments.
Certification of FT-FR
Qualify the Fabric Suppliers
New Fabric's Technical assessment & Processing for the final procurement and garments.
Fabric Inventory Management.
Fabric Receipt
Fabric Invoice verification with reference to fabric
Fabric Reconciliation
Maintenance of Records
Maintaining each article technical files & Record
Maintaining each Fabric Purchase Order record.
Import POs Preparation and follow up
Prepare the POs as per purchase, Inventory & price assessment finalization with Team.
Follow up with the suppliers for order acknowledgement
Follow up for production samples for regular import orders
Advice Accounts for payment on Import POs.
Coordinate with for freight arrivals (including Pre- appointment freight coordination) & its management.
Advice supplier of payment with payment advice and get shipping information.
