Key Accountabilities
- This person would take over building presentation decks to report present state, progress and promise for the future when customers report issues.
- Will perform root cause analysis using big data derived from sales, shipments, complaints and errors.
- This person will be required to build executive management presentations, work with pivots and graph data.
Profile requirements
- Hands on experience developing analytics theory and conducting analyses. Ability to validate and derive insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources. Create visual reporting and graphical depictions of data
- Effective at communicating technical information both in detail to technical personnel and also to summarize at a high-level and put into business/financial context for less technical senior managers.
- Experience of creating business cases and benefits ;
- High-value personal qualities such as critical thinking and problem solving skills, ability to influence, work in teams, resourceful, responsible, tenacious, independent, self-confident and ;
- Expert-level experience in SAS/R-tool/Python
- Expert level experience in Excel, MS word, MS PowerPoint
- Experience with other Business intelligence and visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI) and SQL queries will be helpful
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Required skill(s): data analysis, MS Excel, Fluent written and speaking the English language
- Preferably Supervisor with at least 4 years in Data analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field
- Open to work in shifting schedules
