Reservation Agent
We are looking for a dynamic -Reservations agent. The right candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills as well as strong decision making. He/she is highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail
He/she is able to work effectively in a team environment and take initiatives
He/she can handle multiple complex projects with a focus on results
• Follows up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making check-in operations easier for the front desk team.
• Transforms a request for information into a potential reservation as soon as there is an opportunity
• Presents the brand and/or Group's loyalty program to customers; adapts the sales pitch to each customer.
• Counters any objections with a suitable and structured sales argument; passes on any questions that cannot be answered to his/her superior.
• Handles reservations by applying the various step-by-step processes defined by the brand
•Enters reservation details precisely and correctly.
Qualifications & Experience
· Certified from a hotel school or diploma in hospitality + Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role from a reputed 4/5 star Hotel or International Hotel Chain
OR
· Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role from a reputed 4/5 star hotel or International Hotel Chain
· Hotel Diploma or Graduate
· Knowledge in Opera computerized reservation systems
· Good level of English
· Good hospitality telephone etiquette
· Pleasant voice
