Job details
A Group of Real Estate and Contracting Companies is looking for an Accountant to work for the holding company and one of its associated companies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping as well as maintaining control ;
Main Responsibilities:
* Bookkeeping of day to day transactions
* Maintaining project cost accounts
* Maintaining and reconciling inter company accounts
* Reporting to management for project costs
* Maintaining books of account of holding company
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
* Experience in a Construction Industry will be appreciated
* At least Bachelor of Commerce
* Professional Qualification is a plus but not required
* Detail oriented and hard working
