Responsibilities & Duties:
- purchasing and dealing with Suppliers.
• Plan a production schedule for the job.
• Business plan for the new project related to Royal Box and Emirates Forestry and
any assigned project from the government.
• Manage the sales team for the Royal Box and Emirates Forestry and push to reach sales target.
• Setup new designs for perfume bottles.
• Set product quality standards & Monitor quality standards of products
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Responsible about the Royal Box Factory and the Emirates Forestry Factory.
• Providing new formula for the perfume for normal usage.
• Maintains work flow by monitoring all the machines and all the labours in the factory excluding the current chemist.
• Understanding the working environment to provide the entire requirement on time.
• Submitting a quality report about all the equipment in daily and weekly basis.
• Completing production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries
• Coaching and supervising the labors in the stores to improve the quality of the work.
• Maintaining safe and clean work environment by educating and directing the labors on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; established policies and procedures.
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Improving the quality of work by using the current material in better way and helping in reducing the expenses and Increasing the profit.
• Making the required changes for the stores.
• Responsible about the Stores temperatures.
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process
• Prepare and maintain production reports
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
• Estimate production costs
• Set production budgets
• Manage production budgets
• Implement cost control programs
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
• Ensure that the goods in the store are updated in the system.
• Sending & Receiving items/goods through the software.
• Additional of goods /product to entry in the system.
• Assist for Sales plan
• Give advice Sales Strategy with the Sales staff and outdoor sales of the products.
• Read and answer emails/correspondence at the same time and date, NO delays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
