Looking for a native female Arabic speaker Customer Service Coordinator, presentable, friendly and Knowledge in Customer Relation.
Marital and Visa Status: Single Female on Father sponsorship
Interface with customers and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service functions.
Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organization's internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders.
Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
Sell to new and existing customers via the telephone.
Provide updates on products to customers
Assist in product purchasing and order fulfillment activities such as taking orders, giving pricing information, determining appropriate shipping methods, routes and rates, etc.
Handle incoming phone calls related to; return material requests, order referrals, sales promotions, etc.
Monitor product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Alert customers on shipping and flow issues in advance.
Provide price and cost proposals in response to customer's requests.
Contact customers regarding product cancellations to determine cause and possible corrective measures.
Develop knowledge about each customer's requirements.
Maintain competent understanding of company's products, their functions and alternatives.
Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
Maintain database of customer sales order and invoicing records.
Submission of daily sales report and cash/bank reports to Finance department.
Providing customer reports orders, ready-made and alteration reports to the Manager on daily basis.
Asses the company's internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports.
Perform assigned system to various electronic order files.
Assist in marketing activities and promotional activities.
