Job details
1. To ensure that the Outlet constantly produces high-quality food items according
to current menus and cards and set standards
2. Maintains, profitable food production level according to forecast.
3. Participates in the training and development of employees.
4. Maintains set standards of hygiene in food production areas.
5. Recommends promotions and special awards.
6. Ensures he is present during peak hours of service at service passes and makes
Rounds of production areas.
7. Maintains all operating equipment at par and prepares requisitions.
8. Initiates food requisitions and transfers.
9. Liaises closely with Sous Chef on new methods of food presentation and recipes.
10. Initiates requisitions for materials and supplies and presents it for approval.
11. Carries out all reasonable duties as assigned by management
12. Knowledgeable in inventory and cost control through consistency as per the kitchen requirement.
13. Familiarizes himself with safety, emergency, and first aid procedures.
14. Behaves at all times in a manner which projects the good image of the company
