Responsibilities:
- Prepare Central Outbound DOs for respective projects using ;
- To update and share missing or spoilt items report from Inbound (Outlet Collection or from Client).
- To update Items Received from client into Project Inventory by Account, by Project into ;
- To compile and file all project DOs; both Inbound & Outbound DOs (by Division)
- To file all Client's Inbound & Outbound ;
- Update all Collection DOs into ;
- Compile and file 3rd Party ;
- To help follow-up Logistics Executive or Asst. Log Manager stock or props movement to both Outlet and inter-branches
- Assist in revising sampling stocks or props requisition accordingly outlet ;
- To assist Logistics Executive in compiling monthly stock and accessories balances.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possessed at least a SPM/ Diploma in Logistic or any disciple with relevant experience
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
