Job Qualifications:
- With experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources position
- Knowledgeable in MS word, excel
- Knowledgeable in UAE Labor law
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong Personality
Job Description:
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, leave, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Responsible for payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
