IIL is searching for a full-time Sales & Logistics Assistant to join its Dubai office to look after the following tasks:

• Report directly to the GM.   

• Responsible for logistical arrangements of all IIL training sessions in the Middle East region, including material production, shipping, classroom layout, certificate preparation and trainers accommodation.  

• Directly coordinates with the trainer and clients for the training date, collecting participants list and required facilities for the training 

• Prepare course rosters based on registrations for public sessions and updates class attendance after learning ;

• Collect attendance sheet for certificate of completion issuance.   

• Close out training package and post training evaluation ;

• Assist Sales Manager in executing the training projects ;

• Responds and follow up any sales enquiries in order to achieve sales ;

• Provide product options to customers and prepare a pre filled enrolment ;

• Support daily Accounts Receivables/Payables transaction including clients invoice upon delivery, collecting payments from the clients, organizations of vendor relation and invoices as directed by the in-charge Manager   

• Act as Public Relation Officer for TECOM and responsible to handle visa processing, medical, employees documents, insurance, Trade License and office lease renewal.

• Peachtree recording of AR and AP  

• Other administration tasks as they required, such as marketing promotion of IIL courses, flyer printing, general customer service, inbound and outbound local and international calls, respond to email queries and travel bookings

• Event coordinating for public sessions including venue setup, welcome delegates, etc.  

• Provide support to the IIL Middle East office as required by the management.   

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a great phone and email presence as you will likely be communicating and selling via these mediums the majority of the time    

• Good Knowledge of CRM or ERP, and MS Office    

• Proactive, self-starter, able to multi-task, meet deadlines and take ownership of tasks.    

• Excellent team work, integrity, and interpersonal skills  

• Highly organized and great time management skills    

• English (well-spoken & written)  

• Leave a professional and positive image of IIL in all your interactions.
