Our client is looking for someone who has their own visa ( Husband or Father's sponsorship)


Candidate should have good spoke and written communication skills having 2-3 years UAE experience will be preferred.


Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

Connect visitors to the concerned person.

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material ( pens, forms and brochures).

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

Distribution of all documents received from offices / Camps / fax / Courier.

Checking Emails and forwarding it to relevant person or dept. for their information or action, if required.

Recording of new tender enquiries received by email and forwarding the same to estimation dept.

Preparation of Job Commencement advise upon award of new contract / project.

Print letters drafted by Project Managers and submit to client by email and hard copy after management signature.

Collection of Contract documents from client and forwarding to management for their signature and stamping and then submitting back to Client for their signature and stamping.

Preparation of pre-qualification and submission.

Keep track of office stationary and maintain inventory.

Organize internal meeting as per management request by calling all concerned persons and inform them about the date and time of meeting.

Preparing draft MOM as dictated (hand written) given by the Manager.

Co-ordinate with drivers for submission or collection of any official documents within UAE.

Collecting acknowledgement copies from driver.

Scanning and saving the soft copy on server and filing the hard copy in project folder.

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing.


Qualification :

HSC/Graduate with Fluent English

Computer Skills including Microsoft Office

Work Experience Required : 2-3 years experience preferably in UAE
