SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• To handle overall IT activates and ensure IT operations are run smoothly.

• Perform daily support/operation on installation, maintenance, troubleshoot of hardware, software, system application, telephone PBX phone system, CCTV, emails, server, printer, backup/recovery and network infrastructure.

• Handle VPN access & DNS server.

• Liaise with supplier on software licensing, IT equipment purchase & control or settle up network infrastructure accordingly.

• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance

• Responsible for IT security, anti-virus monitoring activities.

• Maintain company official websites.

• Involve in system implementation and provide training and technical support of users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.

• Periodical back up data of company data file

• Keep track on all user's issues was reported and solve problem with teamwork.

• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources

• Assist in any ad hoc assignments as assigned by superior.

• Ability to operate independently, multi-tasking work, cope with highly challenging environment, proactive, punctuality, good attitude and able to work under pressure

• Work closely with other department/organization for scheduled onsite/offsite support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma, bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent minimum five (5) years of hands on working experience is required;

• Specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware, Software or equivalent, especially network infrastructure.

• Experience in Window desktop, MACs, window Server (active directory), Network administration, support and troubleshooting.

• Familiar with SQL server, IT networking, software & hardware.

• Knowledge of Microsoft office applications is essential.

• Required language: English, Chinese(Mandarin) and Bahasa Malaysia.
