Assist Manager to manage and execute the projects to be cost effective,meet timely delivery, quality standards and client expectation. Participate as a team member in coordinating all project related activities; from definition, design, development to deployment ;

Project /Practice Management (60%)

• Execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and ;
  
• Meet daily schedules on operational aspects of all projects and related ;
  
• Effectively apply Omega methodology throughout the project ;
  
• Minimize Omega's exposure and risk on ;
  
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored ;
  
• Keep Project leads and Manager well informed of status of project and serve as liaison between Project and Procurement/Sales/Assembly/Logistics/QA ;
  

Customers (25%)

• Manages customer interaction and expectations through regular updates of project status and communicate with customers on his needs and ;
  
• Coordinate with customers, end users, engineering consultants, certification bodies, suppliers, principles and etc. on 
  

            - documents /drawings submission and approval,

            - testing and commissiong schedule and job scope.

Internal Liaison (15%)

• Work with the Service team in project executions; providing technical documents to enable them to perform testing, commissioning , repair and maintenance tasks locally / overseas, on-shore and ;
  
• Advise Service Engineers on the system setup and functionality during IAT and FAT ; 
  
• Be responsible for the tools and parts issued under his ;
  
• Observe and implement the company EHS policy; ensure compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all ;
  
• Work within project deadlines and prioritizing tasks from time to time as ;
  
• Perform site testing and commissioning as ;
  
• Any other duties assigned by immediate Superior 
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or ;
  
• Experience in PABX/Network/Radio/PAGA/Page Party/CCTV/LAN//UHF/VHF/Trunk/Tetra/ GMDSS/Microwave Radio/Vsat/Meteorological/Radar/Access Control System ;
  
• Able to meet various project schedules and customer expectations in a tight ;
  
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills; coordinate with inter-departmental head to achieve company ;
  
• Good project execution and management ;
