Job Description:
- Manage large volume of incoming messages/calls and customer service inquiries through our app, social media pages and email
- Identify app user problems and assist in solving them
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Act as respected brand representatives of MamaHelpers
- Create and implement process improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:
- University graduate is preferable
- Fluent in English and Tagalog. Chinese is a big plus
- Strong professional communication, both written and spoken
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skill with attention to detail
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Ability to work efficiently both individually and within a team
- An equally creative and analytical approach to problem solving
- Self-driven and fast learner
- People person and equip with negotiation skills
- Target oriented individual
