We define and analyze the tasks that the users may perform and discover the conceptual processes they utilize in completion of those tasks. Our modeling methodology paints a picture of a task; it defines expectations about the components of the task, the organization of those components, and the overall workflow. All that is in the details, and we won't miss it.
