Our client, a company formation consultancy, based in Dubai, is looking for a smart, knowledgeable PRO cum Administrator with thorough knowledge of all the free zone formalities for their office in Deira who an integral part of the daily operations of the business will be


Key role is to liaise with clients on a daily basis, keeping them up to date on applications and provide them with advice when needed; this will require understanding the process involved and advising the client on what is best for their needs.


Responsibilities and Duties


Responsibilities


Processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the government offices.

Handle of client inquiries for structuring in Free Zone in the various jurisdictions in the UAE via phone, email, or personal meeting, with an emphasis on timing and quality.

Being familiar with Free Zones rules and regulations, immigration formalities and Company Formation services etc.

Drafting and reviewing of responses, incorporation forms, procedures.

Summarise towards the set-up of offshore and onshore UAE free zones

Undertake ongoing corporate services and other related administrative services to clients such as preparation of contracts, agreements, letters of engagement, proxies, minutes of the meetings, resolutions, power of attorney, renewal, liquidation, invoices etc.

Monitor the renewal schedule of companies and liaises with the Client on the procedures and requirements.

Assisting in bank account opening procedures.

Maintaining relationships with government and semi-government authorities and other external corporate service providers.

Monitor and implement good records keeping and file maintenance procedures.

Preparing reports for use by management

Qualifications and Skills


Skills and Qualifications


Graduate

Minimum 3 yrs. of experience in a similar role with any business setup / formation company

Well versed and extremely good in English, both verbally and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Proven problem-solving skills

Keen attention to details and learning agility

Company Secretarial Experience preferred

Results-oriented and strong work ethics
