OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for monitoring all activities related to Project Implementation ensuring all reports and expenses are accurately reported to the Implementations Manager and ultimately top management

KEY COMPETENCIES AND FUNCTIONS

Scheduling, coordination and preparation of all required documents for FAT and DAS

Ensuring all acceptance requirements and documents are complete, in order and compliant to the standards set by the management and client

Reporting discrepancies of documents or requirements and actual accomplishments

Processing of endorsement / access letter

Endorsing of site folder to all Project in Charge (PICs) or site team leaders

Ensuring required reports are submitted on time

Coordinating with other Departments, internal and external, all project related concerns and ensuring all needed dependencies are given on time

Coordinating and monitoring activities of Implementations Department with clients ensuring all commitments are delivered

QUALIFICATIONS

Preference will be given to those with experience in Telco / IBS

Must be highly organized, efficient and can manage a team

Must be adept in Excel, Presentation

Excellent communication skills
