An exciting opportunity has become available in one of UAE's well-established Event Management Company, making room for strategic minded Design Studio Manager - MALE
Responsibilities:
1. Ability to curate a live daily schedule that captures all new and ongoing work that flows through our 3-D and 2-D in-house creative studio and staff of designers
2. Manage traffic of creative projects, by ensuring all briefs are dispatched in the studio according to a designer's skills and strengths, ensure all work is delivered promptly and to deadline to the relevant people/teams, and reviewing daily work schedules of the creative department
3. Utilize a refined expression of motivational skills by showing good leadership
4. Serves as mentor to team members and provides opportunities for professional growth and development
5. Manager should have a great understanding of how to both achieve and develop project briefs to achieve client's needs - and successful design presentations
6. Must be committed to the mentorship and development of others
7. Exceptional customer relationship skills with ability to provide solutions for an assortment of client needs
8. Must be committed to creating the highest performing work environments possible by delivering projects that foster both employee productivity, health, comfort and happiness
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree related to design
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the Events or Media industry
• Expert in 3D Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• 5 plus years' related design experience
