We are looking for motivated and hard-working Administrator cum Receptionist to join our dynamic and fast growing team! We offer a great work environment and a friendly and supportive team. You will be responsible for a proper organization of the reception area, as well as the maintenance and the management of routine Office Administrative duties.


Only candidates who can join immediately will be considered.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Handle the front office - directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, candidates and customers appropriately

Screen Incoming calls and direct it to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages.

Ordering and Managing the Office Stationery & Pantry supplies. Sourcing out of suppliers that able to meet Company's requirement cost and deliver time wise.

Manage the routine Office Administrative duties.

Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the Office Assistants

Maintain, implement, and update ISO files

Taking charge of modifying attendance on the AIO system based on Office Manager request

Initiate AD IN ONE System Training for new joiners

Liaise with Contractors for Office facilities issues such as AC and Fire Fighting System

Maintaining and updating CEO contact list & Company asset list including PC IT user names and password details.

Perform other duties as instructed by the Office Manager which contribute to the effective office management of the company.

DESIRED SKILLS:


Exceptional presentation and communication skills with keen abilities in planning, goal setting, strategy implementation and follow up.

Ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent task and work under pressure with minimum supervision, to consistently meet tight deadlines.

People oriented with a good sense of responsibility, hardworking, organized and dedicated, with a positive and professional attitude.

Thrive on working in a challenging environment.

Attention to detail, excellent planning, organizing and time management skills.

Ability to keep sensitive information confidential, plan and execute diverse tasks at the same.

Computer Proficiency, in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Well versed in maintaining, updating and implementing ISO files, act as an ISO Representative for the Company.
