Job details
Overall accountability for Operational planning, job estimation, commercial and interaction with clients, task assignment etc.
Manage the men, machine and material resources needed to achieve business goals and effectively delivering the services.
Plan, recruit and mentor required human resource for Prepare and achieve the annual budgets, ensure that revenue is maximized and cost is controlled in line with budgets and revenue flows.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships with governmental and public private offices/official for the success of the Company.
Controlling, Monitoring & Verification of expenses report from Camp and Approval of Site allowances.
Ensure health and safety systems are effective and aim to improve on them.
Managing the Time & Attendance, Transportation, Scheduling, Inventory, QHSE and Accommodation for employees.
Daily interaction with the client for the smooth operation of the project and to ensure highest level of client satisfaction.
Providing daily, Bi-weekly and monthly report to the clients and attend weekly and monthly meetings with the client.
Execute, Decide and approve perceptive matters in distribution of operatives in the site and ensure coordination with Clients regarding payments.
