We are a leading holidays company in UAE with empowering team and travel products. IF you are motivated and have a zeal towards travelling apply for this ;

you will be responsible to introduce our new products in the market and convert the travel inquiries into sales.


Responsibilities and Duties


  • You be face of the company and will be responsible to sell our holiday products
  • Majorly sell destinations developed by the operation team (USA, Europe, Africa, Australia, far east and other exotic destinations) 

  • Be a active listener and cater holiday packages that suits the client needs and requirements.
  • With the expert seller and holidays knowledge should facilitate the purchase of holiday ;
  • Close sales and maintain consultative relationship with guests to ensure satisfaction for a repetitive ; 
  • Maintain a high level of customer service ; 
  • Generate new sales opportunities, convert in-house leads from our marketing initiatives and be responsible for the overall client travel experience; 
  • Ensure repetitive sales by building strong relationships and meeting the needs of customers throughout the entire tour-planning ;
  • Harness customer knowledge and expertise to suggest and implement own entrepreneurial ideas in order to keep the business on the cutting ;
  • Take appropriate steps to meet personal sales ;
  • Adhere to department guidelines for day-to-day responsibilities including phone etiquette, ;
  • Qualifications and Skills 

Skills:


  • Graduate with over 2 years years experience in travel industry preferable outbound travel 
  • Excellent destination knowledge -worldwide (Europe, USA, Asia, far east, exotic destinations) 
  • Experience in CRM/OTA 
  • IATA qualified 
  • Ticketing knowledge will be added advantage 
  • Excellent selling and convincing skills 
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational ; 
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of professionalism in moments of stress 
  • Burning desire to succeed 
  • Competitive as an individual and as part of a team 
  • Self-motivated, hard-working and detail-oriented personality 
  • Ability to meet long and short-term goals
