Qualifications:

• Graduate / Undergraduate of any course, preferably in

• At least 1 year or more of technical support experience

• Required to have in depth experience in providing technical support

• Relevant technical experience is non-negotiable, IT/Tech experience is not limited to the BPO Industry

• Average to good English communication skills

• No IT certifications needed

• Must actively use the outlook mobile app

• Email/chat support with minimal voice component

• Open to various shifts influenced by current business needs

• Can type 35 wpm

• Knowledgeable on operating system of phones and devices (at least basic knowledge/fundamentals)

• Knowledgeable of IE technologies (cookies, cache, IE options)

• High level knowledge of email (outlook Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail and AOL)

• Preferably with chat/email support experience
