Selica International is a rapidly expanding, long standing organisation that specialises in Translation and Business Training Courses, and we are currently seeking a Sales Executive on a permanent basis for our offices based in North London.


This role is suitable for a candidate operating in a similar sales based role which has given them the ability to develop new business, capitalise on leads and manage a sales pipeline which will be essential for this position. Previous experience in a similar industry would be desirable.


The candidate can expect their role to include the following responsibilities:


Maintaining and developing relationships with new existing customers

Visiting potential customers for new business

Acquiring new business from a developed leads database.

Manage bookings from clients and update client tracker sheets regularly

Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.

Work closely with the Business Development Managers, supporting clients and offering solutions

Ensure product knowledge is of a high standard to enable effective delivery to clients

Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions

Give administrative support to Sales Managers and Account Managers which support client growth activities

Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing job requests

Ability to both create and close opportunities over the telephone.

Previous results around a targeted role showing first class ability in a business to business sales role.

Creative and able to generate ideas to help grow and develop the proposition.

Ability to focus on both short-term goals and long-term strategic objectives.

Ability to perform confidently in client facing situations as required.

Potentially participate in training new sales staff.
