To support our growth we are looking to hire ambitious and goal-driven personnel in our Business Development department. The below positions are for male / female candidates with excellent communication and organization skills.


Role: Sales Manager


Responsibilities:


- Research customers' needs and wants as well as competition information


- Research and address opportunities for targeted accounts


- Address ad-hoc enquiries and requests, applying the pricing policy and ensuring responses are handled in line with established requirements


- Communicate with Marketing, Operations and Customer Service teams to address specific client and/or operational problems and needs


- Build partnership ecosystem - government bodies, NGOs, trade associations


- Build and manage field sales team effectively


- Devise sales administrative processes in relation to the completion of Training Request Forms, Operations Working Instructions, SOP's and any other required documents


- Devise and implement strategic plans to meet customers' needs


- Manage sales promotional activities to endorse products and services


- Work with sales promotion teams / vendors and partners to ensure quality and schedule of deliverables


- Ensures strict adherence to the company Quality Policies, Standards and Guidelines Code of Conduct.


Qualifications


- Business Development and Sales administration background


- 8 to 10 years work experience, out of which at least 4-5 years in Healthcare related industry


Skills


- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills


- Organised, flexible and able to work under tight deadlines


- Network & Relationship building


- Analytical Skills, Customer focused and Detail oriented


- Excellent communication skills - oral and written


- Organised, flexible and able to work under tight deadlines


- Should understand customer segmentation, should be able to target markets effectively


- Network & Relationship building

- Customer focused and Detail oriented


- Must be proactive, organized and can work with minimal supervision


Language


- Fluent English Mandatory


- Bilingual would be an advantage
