Job Summary
In charge of managing a company's relationships with its customers. They are in charge of building long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive ;
- Identifies market potential by qualifying ;
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file ;
- Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account ;
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing ;
- Expands sales in existing clients by introducing new products and services; developing new ;
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from ;
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Graphics or ;
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this ;
- Applicants must be willing to work in Calamba Street, Banawe Quezon ;
- Preferably has a background in Technical ;
- Sales background with Large Format Printers products and services is an absolute ;
- 4 Full-Time position(s) available.
